DE GRAVE.
Little Elmer Raymond, youngest child of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip De Grave was born September 28, 1908, in Winneshiek county, Iowa. Died at the same place Aug. 23, 1911, at 1:30 p. m., attaining an age of 2 years, 10 months, 26 days. His illness lasted one week with the disease colitis which later developed into bronchial pneumonia. All was done what loving hands could do to save him but God called the precious bud to bloom in heaven where he is free from all pangs of pain and sorrow. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. A. Dangs of Big Spring, Minn., at the Evangelical Lutheran church at Granger, Minn., Aug. 25 at 2:30 p. in. He was laid to rest in the Evangelical Lutheran cemetery on Oak Hill. His casket was covered with beautiful flowers which were lowered into the grave with him.
