CURRAN
Mrs. Dominick Curran died at her home in this city on Saturday last at the age of 73 years. Mrs. Curran came to America when nineteen years of age from County Clare, Ireland, where she was born. She was married to Mr. Curran in Massachusetts, and in 1858 came to Iowa and settled in Glenwood township, coming to Decorah to reside about two years ago. She is survived by her husband and four children, Jas. of Bluffton, Mrs. M. Drew of Cresco and Misses Mary and Maggie Curran, who reside at the family home in this city. The funeral was held Monday at the Catholic church, Rev. Hawe officiating.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this is Margaret who is buried in St. Benedict Cemetery and was born in 1829.
