W. F. Smith received a telegram last week saying that Alice Sawyer had died suddenly at Bottineau, N. D. The news came to the relatives here as a terrible shock, as Alice, accompanied by Dwight, left here less than a month ago, to all appearances in good health.
At present no particulars are known as to cause of death. Sarah Smith left for Bottineau last Friday.
