Another Old Settler Gone.
Ole Anfinson Tweet died at his home in Pleasant townsbip on Saturday last after an illness beginning last fall but not sufficient to confine him to his bed but for a few days. He was born in Norway Dec. 3, 1823, and therefore had attained to the ripe old age of 78 years and 5 months. Mr. Tweet came to this country in 1853 and located on the southwest quarter section 12, in Pleasant, on the 28th day of June, 1871{?}, where he had, ever since lived. His wife, two daughters and four sons, survive him. One daughter and two sons remain at home, one daughter lives at McGregor and one son at Waukon.
