Death from Diphtheria.
Saturday morning: it was annou{n}ced that Marjorie Shea, the third daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Shea, had died in the early morning hours from diphtheria. The news was a painful s{h}ock 10 the friends of the afflicted family. The child was a bright girl of eleven years, and while her illness was of short duration she was a great sufferer. The deepen sympathy has been manifest on all sides for Mr. and Mrs. Shea. The funeral was held on Sunday morning and the remains were interred in the Catholic cemet{e}ry.

Transcriber's Note: Her gravestone in St. Benedict Cemetery shows she was born July 8, 1893 and died July 25, 1903.
