Died from Melancholia.
Charles City, July 18.—Miss Lena Knechtges, one of the popular young ladies of the city, died Wednesday night from melancholia. She had been in a hospital for several months with only slight improvement. Miss Knechtges had been engaged to Richard Blunt a young farmer. He was killed in a collision the spring of 1902, when on the way to Chicago to sell cattle. The girl went into mourning and her mind became affected.
