Death of Mrs. G. F. Heuser.
The remains of Mrs. G. F. Heuser were interred at Spillville on Tuesday last. Mrs. Heuser went to Chicago on the 9th last, for medical treatment, and on the 11th submitted to an operation for gallstones. She consulted the same physician who performed a similar operation for her five years before, and the result at that time was so satisfactory that she had no fear of a second operation. She notified her husband by letter and he departed at once for Chicago, but before he could reach her she had passed away, heart failure having followed the operation in a few hours. Mrs. Heuser’s maiden name was Caroline Kapinos and she was married to G. F. Heuser in November, 1890. Two children are left with their father to mourn the loss of a loving and faithful mother and wife.

Transcriber’s Note: Her gravestone photo in St. Wenceslaus Cemetery indicates she was born January 1, 1872.
