Thos. M. Hoyt, quite well known to many of our people, passed away Monday at the home of his son in Decorah, at the age of 84 years. His death resulted from the infirmities of old age.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he is buried in Phelps Cemetery and was born April 17, 1824 and died April 20, 1908
