John McCormick died last Friday from Bright's disease, and the funeral was held Sunday at the Catholic church at Bluffton, Rev. Hawe officiating. Mr. McCormick was an old and well-known resident of Madison township and was highly esteemed by his neighbors.

Transcriber's Note: St. Bridget Cemetery shows he was born August 1, 1850 and died July 20, 1905.
