A number of our people attended the funeral of Chas. Hruska at Spillville, Tuesday.
DIED—Charles Hruska passed away Sunday morning. The funeral was held in Spillville at the Catholic church and the remains laid to rest in the adjoining cemetery, Tuesday, Sept. 17th.

Transcriber’s Note: His gravestone photo shows he was born July 2, 1879 and died September 15, 1907.

Last Saturday occurred the death of Chas. Hrushka, Jr., residing about three miles west of here, after several weeks of illness. Deceased was a young man and the only son of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Hrushka, Sr., who resides here. He leaves to mourn his loss his parents, a wife, and five sisters. The remains will be interred in the Catholic cemetery to-day at 10 o’clock.
