CALMAR — Thomas Patrick, 15, Calmar, died Sunday, July 28, 2002 from injuries from an automobile accident near Waucoma.
Funeral Services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 2 at Calmar Lutheran Church with Rev. Norman Bauer officiating.
Burial will be in Stavanger Lutheran Church Cemetery, rural Ossian.
Visitation was from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 1 at Schluter-Balik Funeral Home, French Chapel in Calmar and after 10 a.m. on Friday morning at the church.
Survivors include his parents, John and Melody (Wenthe) Patrick; two sisters, Jackie and Christina, all of Calmar; grandparents, Ed and Arlene Wenthe, Ossian and John and Pauline Patrick, West Union; paternal great-grandmother, LaVona "Meme" Mulford, West Union and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
