Iowa Plain Dealer April 20, 1897, FP, C4 and

Anna McNevin, died at Plymouth Rock, April 15th, after a long seige{sic} of sickness. She had been engaged in school teaching for the past ten years, having taught two years in South Dakota, and one year at Battle Creek, in the south-western part of Iowa. Her age was about twenty-five. Her mother was sister to John F. Murtha.
