RITES HELD FOR MRS. CRAWFORD

Funeral services were held Tuesday, January 25, at the Community Presbyterian Church, Frankville, for Mrs. Alma P. Crawford, 67, who passed away at the Decorah Retirement Center on January 22. The Rev. Lloyd Sorenson was in charge of the rites; burial was in the Frankville cemetery.

Alma Pauline Crawford, daughter of the late Christian and Lena Leer, was born November 11, 1898 at Glenwood township, Winneshiek county, Iowa. She passed away January 22, 1966 at the age of 67 at the Retirement Center, Decorah.

She attended school at Frankville and was a member of the Frankville Presbyterian Church where she was active in Ladies Aid work and in the W. C. T. U.

She married Irving Crawford on May 9, 1917 at Waukon. They were the parents of one son, Leonard C.

She was preceded in death by her husband and a brother, John Leer. Surviving are her son Leonard of Frankville and a grandson, Darrel.
