Funeral services were held Friday, November 29, 1963 at the Frankville Community Church, 2:00 p.m., for Mrs. Fred Brouillet, who passed away at the Community Memorial Hospital, Postville, on Tuesday, November 26, 1963. The Rev. Fred Butler was in charge of the rites. Burial was in the Frankville cemetery.

Mary Matilda Sherman was born August 14, 1889 to William and Flora Stevens Sherman in Woodbury county, Iowa. She passed away November 26, 1963 at the Community Memorial Hospital, Postville, Iowa.

July 18, 1963 marked 52 years of marriage to Fred Brouillet, all 52 years which were spent in Frankville. A daughter, Helen, was born to the couple.

Mrs. Brouillet was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Clark; one sister, Louisa.

Survivors include her husband; her daughter, Helen; two granddaughters, Mary Ann and Jacqueline; a grandson, Fred; five great grandchildren; two sisters, Emma and Helen; and one brother, Alfred.
