Judith (Mrs. Howard) McIntosh, age 75, of Decorah, died on Thursday, July 17, 2014, at the Eastern Star Nursing Home in Decorah, IA. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 21, 2014, at the First Lutheran Church, 604 West Broadway, Decorah, IA, with Rev. Chad Huebner presiding. Burial will be in the Phelps Cemetery, Decorah, IA.

Visitation will be on Sunday, July 20, 2014 at the Schluter-Balik Funeral Home in Decorah From 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. and after 10:00 a.m. Monday at the church.
