Linda Borseth Zahradnik, 46, died April 20, 1992, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids.

Funeral services were April 23 at the Ely Presbyterian Church, with burial at the church cemetery. Pastor Deborah Paton officiated, with Brosh Funeral Chapel.

Linda Borseth was born Jan. 21, 1946, in Alabama, the daughter of Mahlon and Lola Quandahl Borseth. Her early years were spent in Decorah.

Her family later moved to Cedar Rapids, where she graduated from Prairie High School. She also attended the University of Northern Iowa.

She married Norman Zahradnik July 9, 1966, at Ely Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by her parents; her husband; two sons, Tim and Adam, both at home; a daughter, Angie, a student at the University of Iowa; two brothers, Roy and Carson; a sister, Jane Fencl of Solon; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Molly, a sister, Penny Hickey.
