Francis Franzen, 83, Ossian, Iowa died Friday, July 26, 2013 at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center, La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Visitation will be Wednesday, July 31, 2013 from 3-8 pm at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, Ossian, Iowa with a scripture service at 4:00 pm. There will also be a visitation one hour before services at the church on Thursday.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 am on Thursday, August 1, 2013 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, Ossian, Iowa with Monsignor Cletus Hawes as the Celebrant.

Burial will follow at the St. Francis de Sales Catholic Cemetery, Ossian, Iowa with military rites.
