Services May 10 for Lydia Spalla

Funeral services for Lydia Spalla of rural Ridgeway will be held at 11:00 Saturday, May 10, at the St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Spillville. The Rev. Daniel Keppler will officiate with interment in the church cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday, May 9, at the Balik Funeral Home in Spillville from 3:00 until 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 4:00 p.m. and a prayer service at 7:00 p.m.

Lydia died Saturday, May 3, 1997 at the Fairmont Community Hospital in Fairmont, MN, after a short illness.

Survivors include four sons, Joseph of Ridgeway, Gary of Mason City, Wayne of Minneapolis, MN, and Tom of Dubuque; and two daughters, Julie Spalla of Tempe, AZ, and Karen Spalla of Fairmont, MN.
