Glenn Kirchner services held

Funeral services for Glenn Kirchner of Decorah were held on Thursday, August 2 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Benedict’s Catholic Church in Decorah with Rev. Gary Krapfl officiating. Interment was in St. Benedict’s Catholic Cemetery in Decorah. French and Balik Funeral Home handled the arrangements.

Glenn, 69, died Monday, July 30, 2001 at the Winneshiek County Memorial hospital in Decorah following a lengthy illness.

He is survived by his wife, Dolly of Decorah; two daughters: Glenda Moen of Hudson, WI and Kaleen Hanson of Waukon; three sons: Steven of Vale, CO, David of Decorah, and Michael of Rochester, MN; and his mother: Maude (Kirchner) Pruisman of Decorah.
