Services held for Edward Andera

Funeral services for Edward Andera, 84, of Fort Atkinson, were held Tuesday, January 27, at 11:00 a.m. in St. John’s Catholic Church with interment in the church cemetery. Chekal Funeral Home in Fort Atkinson handled the arrangements.

Edward died Saturday, January 24, 1998 at the Colonial Manor in Elma after a long illness.

Survivors include his wife, Helen of Fort Atkinson; two daughters: Rosemary Andera of Fort Atkinson an{sic) Dorothy Gruetzmacaer of Letts, IA; one son, Jim of Gardner, KS; one grandchild; two sisters: Marcella Hayek of Spillville and Mary Soukup of Decorah; and seven brothers: Albert and Robert Andera of Cresco; Louis of Fort Atkinson; Frank of Spillville; Matt of Calmar; William of Protivin; and Lawrence of Decorah.
