Raymond "Ray" Bushman

Services were held May 25, 1994 for Raymond "Ray" Bushman, 82, a retired farmer from the Festina area, at Our Lady of Seven Dolors Catholic Church, Festina.

The father of Darrell Bushman, Clermont, Raymond passed away, May 22, at the Ossian Senior Hospice, following a long illness.

Ray was born May 5, 1912, at Ossian, the son of Bernard and Christine (Bodensteiner) Bushman. He attended St. Francis DeSales School in Ossian. On Jan. 10, 1933 he married Julitta Kleve, in Ossian. They had 8 children.

Survivors include his wife, 2 daughters, 4 sons, 39 grandchildren and 56 great grandchildren; 2 brothers: John and LaVerne, both of Ossian; and 3 sisters.

Pallbearers were Keith Kuennen, Marty Lensing, Bruce Blumhagen, Scott Bushman, Doug Bushman, Todd Bushman. Burial was in the church cemetery.
