W.M. Griswold Rites at Hesper
Mabel, Minn - (Special) - Funeral services for W.M Griswold, 87, who died at his home Wednesday, will be held at 1:30pm Friday at the home and at 2pm at the Friends church, Hesper, The Rev. Naomi Olsen will officiate. Burial will be in the Hesper cemetery. He had been ill four days.
Winfield Morton Griswold was born on a farm near Mabel, March 7, 1863. On June 10, 1888 he married Susannah Smith. They lived o a farm near Hesper and later at Mabel. In 1910 they retired and moved to Hesper.
Surviving are two sons, Floyd, Mabel and Charles, Hesper, and three grandchildren.
