Aaron Pahl, 83, Canoe Township construction worker and farmer, died Thursday, May 4, at the Aase Haugen Home.
The Rev. Dennis Heifner conducted funeral services for Mr. Pahl on Saturday, May 6, at 2 p.m. from the Steine Funeral Home.Burial was in St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery at Locust. Raymond Pahl, Roger Pahl, Reuben Styve, Kenneth Allen, Carsten Hovden, and George Hughes served as pallbearers. The Steine Funeral Home had charge of arrangements. Mrs. Otto Ruen was organist.
Aaron Pahl was born Aug. 14, 1883, in Canoe Township, the son of Carl and Dorthea Pahl. He attended the rural schools of the area.
Mr. Pahl never married. He lived all his life in Canoe Township.
Preceding him in death were his parents, four sisters, and two brothers. Mr. Pahl is survived by several nieces and nephews.
