Services for Johanna Larson of Protivin, Iowa were held March 6, at 11 a.m. at West Clermont Lutheran Church, Clermont, Iowa. Rev. David Johnson officiated. Burial was in God's Acre Cemetery, Clermont, Iowa. Schutte Funeral Service was in charge of arrangements.

Johanna Larson, daughter of Lauritz and Amanda Nesvik, was born April 20, 1901 south of Ossian, Iowa. She was confirmed at the Stone Church outside of Ossian, Iowa. She died at the Good Samaritan Home in West Union, Iowa on March 9, 1987. She married Leo Larson. They had 1 son, Adrian Larson who was born December 11, 1936.

Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband, Leo, who died on August 28, 1964, her son, Adrian in April of 1984; 2 sisters, Esther Nesvik, Leonora Meyer and 2 brothers, Spencer Nesvik and Palmer Nesvik.

Survivors include 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; one sister, Norma Walters of Mankato, Minnesota and 1 brother, Albert Nesvik of Ridgeway, Iowa.
