Ray M. Antrim, 61, of 1751 West Skillman, St. Paul, Minn. 55113, died Saturday, Oct. 26, of pneumonia at Bethesda hospital in St. Paul.

Ray Milton Antrim was born March 21, 1924, at Mabel, the son of Ernest (Bud) and Gladys (Manning) Antrim. He was a 1942 graduate of Mabel high school and Hamline University, St. Paul He had served in the U.S. Armed Forces.

On June 16, 1951, he married JoAnn Weaver in St. Paul. He was employed by the Minnesota Mutual Life Insurance Company in St. Paul, and at the time of his death he was Vice President of the Investment Department. He was a member of the Appraisal Institute.

Survivors are his wife; three daughters, Lynne Tacheny, Groton, Conn., Gayle Clark, St. Paul, Debra Teske, New Brighton; 3 grandchildren and a sister, Kathy Erickson, West Allis, Wis.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorial services were conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Roseville Lutheran church. The Rev. George Weinman officiated. Interment was in the Roselawn cemetery in St. Paul.
