Suzanne Kay Merrick

Suzanne Kay Merrick, daughter of George and Caroline Wander, was born August 4, 1947 at Postville, Iowa. She died Tuesday, February 23, 1999 at the Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky after a short illness. Suzanne had reached the age of 51 years.

Suzanne lived with her husband, Randal Merrick, in Princeton, Kentucky. She worked in the cafeteria at Caldwell County School System.

She is survived by her husband, Randal, her parents, George and Caroline, two sons, Darryl and his wife Jessica Merrick of San Gabriel, California, Jason Merrick of Louisville, Kentucky. She is also survived by a sister, Deb and her husband Ron Soppe of Elgin, Iowa and a nephew, Derrick Soppe.

The service was held on Saturday, February 27, 1999 at 10:30 a.m., Morgan's Funeral home. Rev. Tom Hughes officiated and Rev. J. Bill Jones assisted. Internment was at Merrick Cemetery in Caldwell County.
