Born on the ninth day of January, 1888, and being released by death on the 26th day of October, 1939, her age reached 51 years, 9 months and 17 days. Her parents were Andrew and Toney Anderson (Baara), who lived in Alamakee county, Iowa, at the time of her birth, and later moved to a farm in the town of Hesper, Iowa. Father and mother and one sister, Ida (Mrs. Lawrence Korsness), preceded her in death. By her marriage to Mr. Willie Welch there were given her two children, Idella (Mrs. Harold Molstad), of Canton, SD and Willard, of Mabel. She died at the hospital in La Crosse. The following grandchildren will remember Inga, Maynard and Robert Molstad, and Darlene Welch. The deceased was baptized and confirmed in the Hesper Lutheran church. In the family lot at the Hesper Lutheran cemetery her body was laid to rest. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock from the Mabel Lutheran church, with Rev. I.
