Mrs. Frances A. (Heddington) Brandt, was born on June 11, 1922 in Winneshiek County. She was the daughter of Grover and Tena (Hegvedt) Heddington. She died at the Waukon Veterans Memorial Hospital on Sunday morning June 23, 1974. She married Wayne Brandt and threy became the parents of three daughters, Mrs. Karen Olson, Miss Karlene Brandt, and Mrs. Konnie Malloch. She is survived by her husband, three daughters, her sister, Mrs. Walter (Myrtle) Pfister, a brother Guy Heddington, and by three grandchildren. Mrs. Brandt was a member of the Frankville Community Presbyterian Church. Burial was in the Frankville Cemetery. Pallbearers were Earl Koenig, Charles Hoth, Tillman Aschim, Earl Gander, Ray Suckow, and Vernon Grinna. The Schutte Funeral Home of Postville, Iowa handled the arrangements.
