Donald Russett
Donald Russett, 62, of Bloomington, Minn., died Thursday, March 16, 2000, at a Bloomington hospital.
Funeral services were held Monday, March 20, at 11 a.m., at St. Edward's Catholic Church, Bloomington, Minn. Interment was at Dawn Valley Cemetery.
Donald Russett was born June 10, 1937, at Frankville, the son of Dan and Dorothy (Kneeskern) Russett.
He was a 1955 graduate of Calmar High School.
In 1957 he was married to Suzanne Smith at St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Calmar.
He was employed as an architect for Opus Corp. for 28 years. He played baseball for years and also was a Little League coach in Bloomington,
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Pat and Stan Brown and Pam and Jeff Schmitz; three sons, Thomas and wife Mary, and Kevin Scott and wife Pat; seven grandchildren; two brothers, Randy Russett of Sun City Center, Fla., Alan Russett of Fairbanks, Alaska and Keith Russett of Coos Bay, Ore.; and four sisters, Delores Stephan of Altura, Minn., Marilyn Breitsprecher of Ossian, Beverly Ruston of La Crosse, Wis., and Kathleen Gerber of Inver Grove Heights, Minn.
Donald Russett was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Janice Schultz and a niece, Joy Breitsprecher.
