Infant Brittany Marie Weis

Brittany Marie Weis was stillborn Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2001 at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center in LaCrosse.

She was a twin daughter of Jerry and Wanda Weis of Decorah, and twin sister of Leah Marie Weis.

A private family funeral service was held Sunday, Feb. 4 at 2 p.m. at Fjelstul Funeral Home in Decorah, with Rev. Gary Krapfl officiating.

Burial was in St. Benedict Catholic Cemetery.

Surviving Brittany Marie Weis are her parents, Jerry and Wanda Weis; her twin sister, Leah Marie Weis; maternal grandparents Larry and Elaine Heying of Calmar; paternal grandparents Tom and Lorraine Weis of Decorah; maternal great-grandmother Ida Hageman of Calmar; paternal great grandmother Laura Ness of Decorah; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
