F. David Losen

F. David Losen, 55, of Chillicothe, IL, died Wednesday, Dec. 22, 1999, at his home.

Memorial services were held Monday, Dec. 27, at 7 p.m., at the Wilton Mortuary in Peoria, IL, with the Rev. Mark Henninger officiating.

There was cremation with ashes buried at St. Benedict Catholic Church Cemetery Wednesday, Dec. 29, at 1 p.m.

He was born Nov. 12, 1944, in Decorah, the son of Frederick and Virginia (Doubek) Losen.

He was a Vietnam War Air Force veteran.

David was a sales and service representative for Battery Builders Inc. He had been in the industrial batteries business in the Peoria area since 1970.

He was co-founder and past president of the Linconland and Kustom Car Club.

Survivors include one son, Nicholas of Peoria, IL; two brothers, Monte and Mary Jo Losen of Omaha, Neb., and James and Julie Losen of Morton, IL.

His parents preceded him in death.
