Alfred M Thune, 76, died Monday morning Feburary 9, at the Decorah Hospital. Funeral services will be held today, Thursday, at 2:00 at the Winneshiek Funeral Home. The Rev Floyd Weed will officiate. Burial will be made in the Glenwood cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Ole Loven, Elmer Evenson, Martin Clausen, Albert Moen, Andrew Anderson, & Carl Sersland.
Thune was born Feburary 4, 1872, in Glenwood township. He was the son of Thomas & Sarah Thune.
He is survived by a brother, George, of Decorah, & several nephews & nieces.
