Correction for death date from previously posted obituary for C. R. Winn. The death date should be 1951. In the previously posted obituary I put 1957 but according to his wifes obituary and another copy of this obituary in my mom's collection the death date should be 1951.

Rites Are Held For C. R. Winn

Funeral services were held Sunday, December 16, at 2:00 p.m. at the Schutte Funeral Home for C. R. Winn of Jackson Junction, who passed away at his home December 14. Rev. H. C. Snow officiated. Burial was at Castalia.

Charles Ross Winn was born in Castalia, February 8, 1885, a son of Charles and Edna Winn. January 27, 1906 he united in marriage with Pansy L. Fox. Two children were born to this union, one dying in infancy and Dorothy, Mrs. Keith Gregg of Waterloo.

Surviving are his wife; his daughter, Mrs. Keith Gregg, and an adopted son, John, in the service; also two granddaughters.

Mr. Winn was an employee of the Milwaukee Railroad, being station agent at Castalia for 35 years; one year at Wesley and for the past six years has been agent at Jackson Junction.
