Floy H. McInteer, 91, a former resient of Quantico who had served on the Prince William County school board, died Tuesday at her home in Richmond of complications from an accidental fall a month ago.

Mrs. McInteer, who was born in Decorah, Iowa, lived in Quantico from 1917 to 1968, when her husband, J. Frank McInteer, an employe of the Richmond, Fredericksburg and Potomac Railroad Co., died. She then moved to Richmond.

Active in Quantico community affairs, she had served on the county school board from 1935 to 1950.

She was a former Sunday School superintendent of the old Quantico Methodist Church.

She is survived by two sons, James F., of Richmond, and Warren H., of Burtonsville, Md.; two sisters, Lorraine Hill, of Los Angeles, and Marion Schwid, of Washington State; a brother, Emerson Hill, of Garden grove, Calif., and five grandchildren.
