Becomes Banker’s Wife
To-day at the home of the bride’s sister in Chicago will occur the marriage of Miss Clara Hougen, second daughter of Rev. and Mrs. J. O. Hougen, and Albert O. Sevareid. The bride numbers many friends among a large acquaintance in Decorah, being the daughter of a former pastor of the United Lutheran church, and a graduate from and teacher in the Decorah schools. The groom graduated in 1906 from Luther College, where he was well known through his connection with athletics and other important college interests. Since his graduation he has been engaged in banking and real estate at Ruso, N. D., where he and his bride will reside. Congratulations and good wishes will flow to Mr. and Mrs. Sevareid from many friends, both here and elsewhere.
