There was a pleasant gathering at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Elijah Johnson on the afternoon of the 5th, it being the forty-seventh anniversary of their wedding. After a bountiful dinner and pleasant visit Mr. and Mrs. Johnson were made the recipients of a substantial reminder of the occasion.
