PIONEER DAYS-HESPER TOWNSHIP 1851-1941

Mr. M. H. Culbert was a native of Canada and the eighth son of Isaac and Elizabeth Culbert. He was born in the year 1836. In 1868 he came to the United States, coming direct to Hesper, where he resided for a number of years. He then moved to Cresco. He was married to Miss Hattie Lindsay.
