1905: Cecil Russ age 5.

1910: John F Russ 43, Augusta Russ 33, Luella May Russ 12, Frank Cecil Russ 9, Annabel Russ 7, Jone Russ 5, John F Russ 1 yr 11 mos, Florence Jannsen 21, Mary Welsh 4.

Found in the 1915 census at Iowa Falls, Hardin, Iowa: Methodist, attending school, 16 years old.

1919: Attending the University of Iowa at Iowa City

Found in the 1920 census at Mason City, Cerro Gordo, Iowa: John F Russ 52, Augusta Russ 43, Luella May Russ 22, Frank Cecil Russ 20, Anna Bell Russ 17, Ione Russ 15, John Fredric Russ 11.

Found in the 1930 census at Sherman, Iron, Wisconsin living as a lodger and working as a clerk at a logging camp: Frank C Russ age 30.

Frank married Lillian Christine Morris on August 8, 1931 at Center City Methodist Church, Center City, Chisago, Minnesota.

The couple had 3 children:
Frank Cecil Russ Jr;
John Leighton Russ b June 13, 1933 Wisconsin, d February 25, 2004 Minneapolis, Minnesota) and Audrey Ann.

Frank Cecil Russ died on July 13, 1971 at Red Wing, Goodhue, Minnesota. He is buried at the Bay City Cemetery, Bay City, Pierce, Wisconsin.
