Clear Lake – Miss Marie Drugsvold, 66, 806 Main Ave., died early Wednesday morning at a Mason City hospital after a lingering illness. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Ward Funeral Home with the Rev. George Strum, pastor of the Zion Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be at the Bethel Cemetery at Vinje, near Scarville.

She was born in April 1888 near Scarville, spending her early life in that vicinity. She taught school for a number of years. She came to Clear Lake with other members of her family in 1952. Surviving her are two brothers, Chris and Louis Drugsvold, and three sisters, Lillian Drugsvold, Mrs. Gilbert Christian, both of Clear Lake and Mrs. Elmer Blikken, West Hempstead, N.Y.
