Rites Held for Accident Victim

Funeral services for Elizabeth May Dahle were held Friday at the Bethel Lutheran church at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Ralph Forde officiating. Burial was in the Bethel Cemetery near Vinje. Four second cousins served as pallbearers – Michael Janssen, Merlyn Janssen, Terry Janssen and Bruce Janssen.

Elizabeth May was accidentally killed in a farm accident on the Elmer Dahle Farm. Elizabeth May Dahle was born November 10, 1968 and was baptized into the Lutheran faith in February 1969. She made her home with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Dahle. She is survived by her mother, Deloris Dahle, Kiester, Minn.; her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Dahle, Kiester, Minn.; three aunts, Marian Jergens, Algona, Jane, Kiester and Janice, Pipestone, Minn. Also by a great-grandmother Gena Dahle of Kiester.

Elizabeth may would have been in kindergarten at Thompson Community School next fall. She was among those registering in the kindergarten round-up on Friday, April 5.
