I just noticed your query for obit of Hilmer and
Edith Bloomquist.Hilmer was a cousin to my father
Frank Bloomquist and I have researched my fathers
line. Hilmer had a general store in Palm Grove.Ia
in the 1930's and owned a house there. Their daughter Ione taught school in a one room school
house about a mile from there. She taught me and
some of my brothers and sisters there. I would like to share information with you. Have not been able to get info on My Dad's brothers and sisters.
my grandfather was Lars Victor Bloomquist Name
change in America. Info I received from Landsarkvet was born in Erikstad parish,Sweden
listed brothr Anders and Jonas. Sister Stina Maja.
parents Olof Nilsson-Kaja Larsdotter. Not 100%
sure as his birth certificate shows different
parents.Would like any info. Vivian (Bloomquist)
