Hi Edward,
I have just completed an 1875 map key for the townships of Webster. It is not terribly lifelike but will give you the general idea of what the township lines were in 1875. I have also noted the present changes at the bottom of the key table and there is a link to a DOT map which lists the townships as well. The DOT map is in PDF format.

Fulton Township is smaller today than it used to be in 1875. If I can help you with locating someone or something, let me know and give me the time period.
