Obituary

Nancy M. Widger was born in Fulton county, Ill., Feb. 4, 1842. Died Nov. 29, 1903, aged 61 years, 9 months and 25 days.

She was united in marriage with David Reynolds, August 11, 1861. Three children the fruit of this union remain to mourn the loss of a mother, James Reynolds of Moravia, Mrs. Geo. Evans with whom she passed the last days of her life, and Mrs. Gertie Veach of Alberta, Canada.

Mrs. Reynolds became a Christian in early life, at the age of sixteen, and was always at the post of duty until her health compelled her to forego this pleasure. For years she taught a class in the Christian Bible school. Truly of her it may be said: "Faithful unto death."
"As still to the star of its worship though clouded,
The needle points faithfully o'er the dim sea
As, dark as I roam through this wintery world shrouded,
The hope of my spirit turns trembling to thee -
My God! trembling to thee -
True-fond, trembling to thee."
