Found obituary for "Alice" Hefflefinger.
"Died -- Mrs. Alice Hefflefinger, wife of Mart Hefflefinger, died this Friday morning after a lingering illness, with ovarian tumor" - from the Brighton Enterprise, 8 May 1886.

Still no luck locating cemetery. There was no death record in the Washington Co. Recorders Office.

I did find a marriage record for Flora A. (age 24) married J.S. Ferguson (age 38) on 17 dec 1879 in Jefferson Co., IA (Jefferson Co 1838-1880 Marriages). Marriage record for Martin and Flora indicated that she had 2 marriages (same record indicated 1 for Martin).
