Zelda Shebek dies Aug. 7

RIVERSIDE - Zelda Shebek, 71, of Riverside died Wednesday evening at the Lone Tree Care Center following a long illness.

The funeral will be Friday at 3 p.m. in St. Mary's Catholic Church at Riverside with the Rev. W. F. Boeckmann in charge. Burial will be in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Rosary will be at 4 and 8 p.m. today in the Sorden Funeral Chapel at Riverside.

Miss Shebek was born June 4, 1903 at Riverside, a daughter of John and Elizabeth Schnoebelen Shebek. She was a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters and a retired postal clerk.

Surviving are a sister, Geneva Schnoebelen of Riverside; and a brother Walter Shebek.

Two brothers and her parents preceded her in death.
