Otis W. Black, 76 of Moline, IL., died July 13, 1985, in Moline Lutheran Hospital. He was a brother to Omar Black and Irma Hahn of Washington, and Myrtle Fulton of Richland. Mr. Black was born Nov 14, 1908, at Valley, Iowa, the son of Guy and Myrtle Bales Black. On July 24, 1928, he married Margaret Dayton. In addition to local relatives, he is survived by his wife Margaret; two children, Richard W. of Moline and Donna Derby, Colona, IL; another brother, Orin Black of Sigourney; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one sister and one brother.
