Henry J. Ibendahl Dies Here Tuesday

Henry J. Ibendahl, 77, died Tuesday, April 23, 1963, at the Washington County Hospital, following an illness of a week.

Mr. Ibendahl had lived in Washington for 40 years. He had been employed at the Wolf Greenhouse for 27 years, and also worked for the railroad and the soy bean plant here.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday in the Jones Funeral Home with the Rev. Dennis Stutrud in charge.

Mr. Ibendahl was born Oct. 3, 1885 in Oakdale, Ill., a son of Henry and Dora Butterbaugh Ibendahl. He was reared in Illinois and married April 8, 1935 at Moline to Elva Beatrice Hole.

Survivors are a son, Earnest Carl Ibendahl of Washington; one brother, William of Oakdale, Ill. Three sisters and one brother preceded him in death.
