Helen Hotle, 81, of Moline, IL., died Monday morning Dec 18, 1989, at United Medical Center, Moline. Mrs. Hotle was born Dec 25, 1907, in Brooklyn, NY. She was the daughter of John B. and Mary Ellen (Turley) Smith. On Nov 16, 1926, she married H. Homer "Yike" Hotle in Ottumwa. He preceded her in death on Jan 3, 1985. Surviving are a daughter, Patricia (Mrs. Lee)Mangold, West Chester; a son, John, Moline; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband.
