Shelia Ann Kelly, 59, passed away February 17, 2023. She loved to be outdoors, and was very adventurous. She enjoyed, riding bikes, hunting, and fishing. She also loved the company of her dog, beau, which brought her true joy. Shelia is survived by her son, Shannon Pettibone, and daughter, Shawny Soto.
