Funeral services, conducted by Rev. E. L. Stone, of Burlington, formerly of Chariton, assisted by Rev. Paul H. Hicks, pastor of the Chariton Methodist Church, were held at the Beardsley Funeral Home Monday forenoon at 10:30 o’clock, and burial was in the Newbern Cemetery.
